Format schedule — studio location map

Editions are the studio's publishing rhythm — not a CMS template but a set of promises about depth, timing, and format. Five edition types stack in an offset staircase because each one sits on the previous: brief before digest, digest before pull, pull before memo, memo before weekly close.

Morning Brief arrives when we open at seven-thirty. It lists overnight filings across all sections, three context lines each, with links to the source PDF. It is meant to be read standing up — phone in one hand, coffee in the other — before your first meeting.

Section Digest publishes mid-morning once overnight material is fully indexed. Pick one lane and receive every filing in that lane for forty-eight hours, including amendments. The digest is where you read the footnotes others skip.

Archive Pull is on demand. Name an entity and a date range; we rebuild the sequence as it appeared on each day. Withdrawn notices stay in the chain with a strike marker so you know they existed even if they no longer appear on agency sites.

Context Note is a single-topic memo: timeline, actors, open questions. We write it when a thread spans agencies and your team needs a briefing deck without editorial verdict. Context Notes are labelled clearly so they never masquerade as filings.

Weekly Compendium closes Friday at nineteen-thirty. Six section summaries, duplicates removed, gaps flagged. It tells you where volume spiked and which items remain open — a map of the week, not a highlight reel.

Scene: your desk faces a wall of monitors and every monitor shows a different rewrite of the same event. Problem: nobody agrees on chronology. Method: select the edition that matches the decision you must make — scan for brief, digest for depth, pull for history. Receive: a stamped packet with revision marks you can forward verbatim.

Edition schedules slip only when a source portal fails. We note the delay in the margin and backfill once the document is authenticated. We do not fabricate placeholders.

Clients may receive multiple editions in one day. They are indexed separately so you can cite "Morning Brief NV-041" without conflating it with "Section Digest NV-041-MKT".

The staircase layout on this page mirrors our internal checklist: each step must clear before the next publishes. Offsets are visual, not hierarchical — a Context Note can matter more than a brief if you are preparing for a hearing.

Morning Brief

Before seven-thirty: overnight filings indexed, three context lines per item.

Delivered when the studio opens. Lists what entered the public record overnight, grouped by section, with cross-references to prior editions when a story continues.

Section Digest

Midday pull: one section expanded with source PDFs and amendment chains.

Choose a lane — markets, policy, or regional — and receive every filing in that lane for the past forty-eight hours, annotated with the statutory instrument each document cites.

Archive Pull

On request: historical packets rebuilt from our index, not from memory.

Specify a date range and entity name. We reconstruct the filing sequence as it appeared on each day, including withdrawn notices and corrected versions where they were re-posted.

Context Note

A single-topic memo: timeline, actors, open questions, no verdict.

When a thread spans multiple agencies, a Context Note maps the sequence — who published first, who amended, who stayed silent — so your team can brief without re-reading every PDF.

Weekly Compendium

Friday close: six sections summarised, duplicates removed, gaps flagged.

The compendium is an index of indexes. It tells you which sections saw heavy filing volume, which went quiet, and which items remain open heading into the next week.
