Sections are how we keep a filing day from collapsing into one endless scroll. Six lanes cover the material our clients most often request from Singapore and the wider region. Each lane has its own index, its own digest schedule, and its own margin for cross-links when a story refuses to stay in one category.

Policy & Regulation holds statutory drafts, consultation papers, and enforcement notices. We file by reference date first, agency second — because that is how compliance teams reconstruct deadlines. A MAS circular and a PDPC advisory may land the same afternoon; the section index shows which requires board attention this quarter and which is guidance only.

Markets & Finance tracks exchange announcements, prospectus supplements, and bond programme updates. We separate price commentary from filing substance. If a REIT posts a tenant update and a separate trading halt, both appear, clearly labelled, with the halt time in the margin.

Technology & Infrastructure captures permits, outages, spectrum decisions, and submarine cable filings. Engineers read this lane for operational impact; policy readers use it to see which regulator owned which piece of a multi-agency response.

Regional Affairs filters ASEAN communiqués, bilateral MOUs, and maritime summaries for Singapore relevance — local counterparty, local port, local employer. We do not rewrite diplomacy; we date it and attach the official PDF.

Corporate & Governance chronicles AGM resolutions, director changes, and audit committee disclosures. Amendment chains matter here: a corrected notice of EGM stays linked to the original so you see what language changed, not just that a change occurred.

Society & Labour gathers workforce surveys, housing policy shifts, and public-health advisories that touch employers and community operators. The lane is quieter than markets but spikes when MOM releases quarterly statistics or when MOH updates workplace measures.

Choosing a section is not a permanent subscription. Most clients read two lanes daily and pull digests from others when a filing wave hits. The matrix on this page shows the standfirst for each lane; the Archive page explains how packets move from intake to shelf.

Scene: you return from leave and need to know what moved in your sector. Problem: portal search returns duplicates and press rewrites. Method: open the section index, scan dated entries, follow amendment links. Receive: a ordered list with source PDFs and three-line context per item.

We revise section definitions slowly — once a year at most — because clients build automation against our lane names. When we split a lane, we publish a mapping table and keep the old index read-only for ninety days.

If you are unsure which lane fits an entity, write to us with the filing title. We answer with the section code and the last three items we filed for that entity — no charge for the orientation.

Policy & Regulation

Statutory drafts, consultation papers, and enforcement notices filed by reference date.

We track MAS circulars, PDPA guidance updates, and sector-specific codes as they enter public record. Each item carries a plain-language summary of who must act, by when, and under which instrument.

Markets & Finance

Exchange filings, bond programmes, and regional market moves with source ledgers attached.

Coverage spans SGX announcements, REIT activity, and cross-border listings where Singapore entities appear. We separate price movement from filing substance so readers see what changed in disclosure, not just in charts.

Technology & Infrastructure

Data-centre permits, submarine cable routes, and platform policy shifts across ASEAN hubs.

Engineers and policy desks share a lane here: outage reports, spectrum allocations, and cloud-region expansions are indexed beside the regulatory filings that authorised them.

Regional Affairs

Treaty ratifications, border protocols, and diplomatic cables translated for desk use.

We file ASEAN communiqués, bilateral MOUs, and maritime incident summaries with a Singapore-relevant filter — what landed locally, what requires a local counterparty, what is still provisional.

Corporate & Governance

AGM resolutions, director changes, and audit committee disclosures in chronological order.

Each corporate packet lists the filing type, the announcing entity, and the prior filing it amends. We highlight governance deltas — board composition, remuneration policy, related-party transactions — without editorialising outcomes.

Society & Labour

Workforce surveys, housing policy shifts, and public-health advisories kept in running ledgers.

This section holds MOM releases, HDB allocation statistics, and MOH circulars where they affect employers, landlords, or community organisations operating from Singapore.
